Vitalii I. Vorotnikov (b. 1926) was chairman of the Soviet of Ministries from 1983 to 1988, and later chairman of the Supreme Soviet from 1988 to 1990. He was a strong supporter and key person in Gorbachev`s perestroika, and later, a not less strong opponent. This book is based on his notes as well as on documents of Politbiuro and the Supreme Court of Russia for 1982-1991. (0.275 kg.)
