This book is a collection of articles, minutes of meetings, reports, and speeches of the first soviet leader of Azerbaijan Nariman Narimanov (1870-1925). More than one third of these materials have never been published. His position on many issues of Bolshevik policy made him inconvenient for the central leaders, and they moved him from Azerbaijan to the center, where he died in 1925 under strange circumstance. The supplements include a detailed chronology of the Narimanov`s activities, 61 biographical sketches. The book contains 182 illustrations.
