This book begins a new series Life of Forbidden People. The series is published by people who defined their orientation as ultra culture (vs alternative culture). The abbreviated name of the series (ZhZL) ironically repeats in Russian the widely known book series with the same abbreviation but with opposite meaning (Life of Outstanding People). The diary of Eduard Limonov (Savenko, b. 1943), a notorious Russian writer and leader of the National-Bolshevik Party, who is awaiting trial in a Russian prison, is chosen to be the first book in the series.
