It is an attempt to comprehend the legal and moral experience, the international community acquired in its search for "Balkan justice" and due to its will to find and punish the guilty. The author focuses on the moral aspects of the Balkan tragedy, depicting various angles of complicated trials. Do soldiers commit crimes even if they fight for a liberating army?
