The Russian battleship Andrei Pervozvannyi was the first of its kind in the Russian Fleet. This monograph tells the political history of this project, describes its technical characteristics and the life of the ship. The ship fought on the Bolshevik side and participated in neutralization of one anti-Bolshevik rebellion in 1919. The artillery of the ship outlived the ship itself and the guns were used on other ships. Appendices include technical documentation of this ship. Richly illustrated.
