This story about one year of the war in Chechnia is the confession of a Russian officer, and a participant in this war. Though the author warns us that this book is not a report about the real attack on the city of Groznyi by the federal army in 1995. The first edition was published with the title: Chechnya: 1995. His confessional story shows the inhuman character of this war and its victims on both sides. The story first was published on the Russian Internet site www.artofwar.ru. Viacheslav Mironov (b. 1966) fought in many battles, was twice wounded and many times injured.
