This book introduces some results of historical demographic studies based on using voluminous digitized demographic data. This direction embraces retrospective research in demographic and sociological processes among the urban and rural populations of Siberia. This particular work relies upon a database of church registers of the Volost center Vikulovo (Tarsk District, Tobol`sk Province). Based on information about marriages, births, and deaths, the author examines the demographic process, and calculates all the most important reproductive indices and characteristics which have not yet presented in historical literature. Other possible applications of this database are described. English summary.
