Alfred Kokh, known as a member of the Chubais command of privatization, who was actively involved in the closing of the NTV station in Moscow, and later as manager of Gazprom’s media interests. The current volume covers 1992 -1996. So far the authors have had 15 out of a 24 bottle case of vodka. Volume one and two are also available.
