Hardcover. 11.5 x 18 cm

Language: Russian
The tradition of creating Russian satirical tales by writers started with Saltykov-Shchedrin and was continued by M. Gor`kii. Here is a new collection of Russian satirical tales by popular modern writer Dmitrii Bykov and his wife Irina Luk`ianova. Part of them were first published in the satirical magazine "Fas" (edited by Mikhail Leont`ev) and the rest in "Vechernii Klub". Though the events of 1999-2001 reflected in these tales are almost forgotten, the tales survived as good literature that describes modern political realities and introduces new Russian tale characters.
