The Society of Russian Book Lovers was founded in Paris in the early 1920s. Among its members were the best known Russian writers, book designers, historians of book publishing and bibliophiles in emigration: M. Aldanov, A. Benua, I. Bilibin, M. Dobuzhinskii, G. Lozinskii, P. Miliukov, etc. The Society published four issues of their Herald in 1925-1938. This book is a photo reprint of all four issues of the Herald, which became rare books. Profusely illustrated.
