This is the sixth volume of documents on the history of the Soviet-American Relations. Included in this collection are previously unpublished documents and materials which record the relations between soviet Russia and the USA in the period 1945-1948: the first three years after WWII. The documents show how Russia and America defined the post-war world order and their first disagreement which led to the future Cold War.
