The book presents the documentary story by the former Attorney General of the Russian Federation Iurii Skuratov about his struggle with economic corruption in Russia in the 1990-s that involved the "Kremlin family" and some politicians from the president`s close circle. Skuratov had a very successful career: professor of jurisprudence, staff member in the Central Committee of CPSU, KGB and finally, in his early forties, Attorney General (1996-1999). In 1999 he became the hero of a TV scandal, which showed a film where "a man who looks like Skuratov" had a good time in the company of prostitutes. He has been working on “incriminating evidence” about El`tsin`s circle ("chemodan s kompromatom") ever since. (0.915 kg.)
