The book presents the correspondence of the philosopher, writer and theater activist, a priest and a political exile Sergei Durylin (1886-1954) and Elena Genieva (nee Kirsanova, 1891-1979) from December, 1925 to April, 1933. The edition contains as well a letter from E.V. Genieva dated on May 19, 1951 summing up her long-term correspondence with Durylin, and her diary. The correspondence expands the understanding of the Russian intellectuals’ life in the first half of the 20th century. The publication also contains Durylin`s poems and prose.
