The question of laughter has been the spotlight of many studies. But till now, no systematic attempts have been made to analyze this phenomenon on the basis of Russian erotic culture, and, first of all, folklore. According to the author of this book, folklore contains various comments on issues of laughter and fun, and defines the "concept" of laughter as such.
