These are the two volumes of the selected works of Professor A.N. Veselovskii (1838-1906) of St. Petersburg University. The first volume contains the third updated edition of his classic work in the theory of literature first published in 1940. Unlike the two previous editions, the current one includes Veselovskii`s work "Opredelenie Poezii". The second volume, Traditional Spiritual Culture, includes his eight articles, dictionary-commentary to his works, and an article about Veselovskii`s scientific legacy by T.V. Goven`ko. Name index.
