Antihistory, calculated by mathematicians

The library of anti-Fomenko and anti-"Novaia Khronologiia" group has grown by one more book. The well known mathematician A. Fomenko and his followers flooded the Russian book market with many monographs about a so-called “new chronology” in which they repudiate all ancient and medieval history as mere forgery and falsification. This theory gained enormous popularity in Russia and some notoriety and support in the foreign press. The argument with the Fomenko`s group forced historians to discuss methods and scientific apparatus of their field and to come on a new level of understanding their science. The current collection of articles by respected Russian historians continues this search for new arguments. Among them: Ioann (Ekonomtsev), L.V. Milov, S.O. Shmidt, A.A.
