Ivan Il`in (1883-1954), an outstanding Russian philosopher, was sentenced to death in 1922 by the Bolsheviks. His sentence was later commuted to exile abroad. Unusually for a Russian emigre, he became a very popular political thinker in the modern Russia of "managed democracy". His remains were just reburied in Moscow, most official politicians starting with Vladimir Putin quote his thoughts in their speeches. What makes his thoughts coherent to today`s political realities? This collection includes seven of his works: Pochemu my verim v Rossiiu? O griadushchei Rossii. Religioznyi smysl filosofii. Put` dukhovnogo obnovleniia. O soprotivlenii zlu siloi. Poiushche serdtse: Kniga tikhikh sozertsanii. Put` k Ochevidnosti.
